We have come to Ontario, Canada to visit my in-laws for a week. They currently have about 14 inches of new snow covering their back garden, and their bird-feeder has been extremely busy this morning. Amongst many other more familiar birds, and in the space of two minutes, both these birdies came and said hello and left with beaks full of nuts...
A beautiful male Blue jay - what a sight !! We've actually had two or three of these this morning...
And a gorgeous orangey-red Cardinal !! What a sight...
